The Calendar of Wishes is an annual initiative developed by Make-A-Wish Northern Alberta. The main element of this campaign is the giant advent calendar, illustrated with a playful winter scene, revealing smaller illustrations each day which reflect the wishes granted.
The calendar is supported by daily site activations hosted by calendar sponsors, OOH advertisements, and a website where those not able to make it to the Wish Square can follow along with the advent calendar.

Interactive Sponsorship Installation
Located in downtown Edmonton, the larger-than-life advent calendar reveals a wish that has been granted every day leading up to Christmas. Each of the 24 doors reveals a wish story and is supported by activation events at the Wish Square by the day's sponsor. A playful, empowering, and moving activation, the advent calendar is designed to drive awareness behind the stories that fuel the passion of Make-A-Wish, bring the community together, and encourage donations.
